Teaching Life Saving Skills
All life is precious, which is why we must learn how to prevent it's loss. From Nigeria, to Kenya, to the UK. we help those in need.
We want to empower our students
The project involves teaching first aid in underprivileged communities, whilst providing life-saving medical equipment in educational institutions, religious institutions, hospitals, government offices and other public settings where required. This will be a global effort, as the project will be done in various British and African locations.

Meet Dr. Fiona
Dr. Fiona Igwe
Health & Equalities Advocate · Social Entrepreneur · Community Leader
Dr. Fiona Igwe is a London-born health and equalities advocate, social entrepreneur, and community leader whose work is deeply rooted in lived experience.
Growing up in the capital, she witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of inequality — from violent stabbings to preventable deaths in the communities around her.
At just sixteen, following the tragic loss of her grandmother to cardiac arrest in Nigeria, where no one nearby knew how to perform CPR, Fiona founded Fionita's Project CIC — an organisation dedicated to empowering communities in the UK and across Pan-African regions with first aid, health awareness, and digital skills.
Over the last 12 years, she has sustained the project through self-funding and volunteer dedication, reaching some of the world's most disadvantaged communities.
In recognition of her impact, Fiona was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Civil Law from the University of East Anglia in 2022, becoming the youngest recipient honoured for her trailblazing work in anti-racism and equity in higher education.
No life should be lost, and no potential wasted, because of inequality.
As a Global Public Health Professional with over 11 years of experience, Fiona brings expertise in health systems strengthening, nonprofit leadership, and community development — alongside cultural competence in English, French, Swahili, and Igbo.
