Ryan, a distinguished technology innovator and entrepreneur, boasts a rich background in enterprise risk software development and impactful project delivery within the banking and risk sector.

Motivated by the recent surge in cryptocurrency innovation and his dedication to international development and social justice, he transitioned from banking to entrepreneurship, founding Mpowa in 2019 during the Bitcoin boom.

With personal ties to Africa, Ryan witnessed the challenges faced by communities firsthand, igniting his passion for addressing poverty and underdevelopment. Guided by his commitment to clean technology and serendipitous inspiration, he conceived a highly scalable platform aimed at fostering a multi-sided marketplace.

His vision is laser-focused on mass-producing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) impact projects through innovative clean technology solutions.

ZIGURDS LIKUMS

Strategic & Technical Advisor

Zigurds Likums is a Member of the Board of Advisors for Fionita’s Project, providing strategic guidance on digital transformation, governance, and building relationships within the public space.

An independent digital strategy advisor to governments and regulated institutions in the UK and EU, he has over 20 years’ experience leading national and international programmes to improve service delivery, transparency, and public trust.

He aims to use his position on the Board to expand Fionita’s Project’s reach, strengthen community connections through digital engagement, and help bring life-saving training, healthcare, and health awareness to communities across Africa and the UK.

THATIANA EMERICH

HR & People Strategy

With over twenty years of global experience as an HR Executive, advisor to corporations and foundations, and a passionate mentor, she has consistently championed talent development, strategic HR partnerships, and sustainable growth.

Thatiana has collaborated with C-suite leaders across diverse markets to design measurable, ethically grounded HR agendas that elevate culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Thatiana is honoured to join the Advisory Board of Fionita’s Project, aligning her values with a mission to empower underprivileged communities. In this role, she will support scalable outreach and contribute content that strengthens the project’s educational pillars through trusted, enduring relationships globally.

SATISH SUBEDI

Finance & Resource Management

Satish Subedi, from Nepal, is a Chartered Accountant, Partner at S. Subedi & Associates, and Managing Director of Smart, a consulting and solutions company with over 200 successfully completed assignments in public financial management, governance reform, and institutional strengthening. Satish’s work spans government ministries, municipalities, and development partners, delivering blended finance models, municipal revenue frameworks, project appraisals, policy development, system audits, and nationwide trainings on Public Procurement and PFM.

His portfolio includes projects for the Ministry of Finance, FCGO, Department of Urban Development, as well as collaborations with UNDP, GIZ, Helvetas, Save the Children, ILO, ADB, World Bank, EU, Global Fund, and numerous INGOs and NGOs.

With over 14 years of professional experience, Satish has provided reforms support, donor reporting systems, budgeting frameworks, due diligence reviews, and strategic decision-making expertise across Asia. He is also the author of the Transdimensional Information Continuum (TIC) Theory, combining science, consciousness, and systems thinking to drive innovation.

As an Advisory Board Member of Fionita Project UK, Satish brings deep expertise in international development, governance, and financial strategy to help advance the organisation’s mission of creating sustainable and impactful change.

DR. SAHAR MASHUR

Medical & Health Avdisory

As a member of the Advisory Board, Dr. Sahar brings over seven years of experience in clinical medicine, dermatology, anesthesiology, and digital health.

Dr. Sahar currently serves as physician and healthcare provider, where she is deeply engaged in postgraduate medical education, research, medical writing and mentorship.

Her academic contributions include presenting at international dermatology congresses such as EADV and ICD, alongside active involvement in public health initiatives during the COVID-19 and dengue outbreaks.

Through Fionita’s Project, Dr. Sahar aims to advance medical education, foster innovative healthcare solutions, and contribute to impactful community health outcomes around the globe

PRIYA SIVAJI

STEM & Youth Engagement

Priya is a Senior Compliance Engineer at ETA Green Power Ltd, with expertise in developing Functional Safety (FuSa) products from scratch for ASIL B applications.

She holds an M.Tech in Automotive Electronics, which has strengthened her foundation in advanced vehicle systems and safety standards.

Priya has built a strong track record in compliance, testing, and product development within the automotive and electric mobility sectors, working across both India and the UK.

Her professional journey combines technical excellence with a deep commitment to quality, ethics, and innovation.

As part of the Advisory Board for Fionita’s Project, Priya aims to contribute her technical expertise and industry experience to guide strategic initiatives, promote sustainable and ethical practices, and support projects that create meaningful social impact. Priya is committed to using her skills to help the organisation achieve its vision and inspire positive change in the community.

Leo-Nór Le Roux brings over two decades of global leadership in risk, compliance, and governance.

As Digital Communications Advisor, she merges strategic insight with technical fluency to shape Fionita’s Project’s digital outreach and communication strategies.

Renowned for her critical thinking and aligning cross-functional teams, Leo-Nór provides strategic guidance to ensure that the organisation’s communication strategy is cohesive and sustainable.

In her advisory role she champions health equity and digital inclusion by leveraging technology and strategic communications.

With a proven track record of tactical execution and visionary leadership, Leo-Nór plays a key role in expanding Fionita’s global footprint, fostering healthier, digitally empowered and more connected societies.

Strategy Advisor (Community & Fundraising)

Alexander Karagiozov, Forbes 30 Under 30, is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, visionary and changemaker, internationally recognized for his leadership in business, culture and humanitarianism.

For the past decade, he has operated at an executive level as Strategic Advisor to CEOs, investors and founders, guiding organizations toward global growth, investment readiness, and long-term impact.

Working directly with boards, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders, Alexander has shaped strategies, scaled ventures and positioned executives to thrive in competitive international markets.

Alexander aims to help Fionita’s Project scale, secure funding and increase public awareness and recognition.

Akhil Handa is a technology strategist and global advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations navigate the opportunities and risks of emerging technologies.

His career spans Africa, the USA, Asia, and Europe, where he has worked with governments, policy makers, investors, and global brands to shape strategies around AI, digital transformation, and sustainable growth.

As the Founder & CEO of EARTH 51, a UN Global Compact think-tank, Akhil works at the intersection of technology, policy, and business. He advises leadership teams & boards on AI governance, future-skills frameworks, and responsible innovation, helping organisations prepare for the shifts redefining industries and societies.

BANJO FOLAHANMI FADEKEMI

Secretary & Youth Representative

Banjo just graduated from Babcock University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health degree. Banjo started working for Fionita’s Project in 2023.

Before that period, Banjo has also worked as a public health data analyst in Southern Gem Hospital, Lagos, Nigeria.

Banjo has also worked with Advocates for Health and Rights of Women and Youth Initiative (ADHERI) and also Police Medical Services, Ikoyi Lagos, Nigeria.
